Cut-Out Animation
This post is going to talk about Cut-Out Stop Motion. I will show examples of real Cut Out Animation Shows as well as show my own very quick example of a Cut-Out animation.
Cut Out Animation is having 2D Images and animating them together to create a living 2D World. This Can be Created from simply cutting out Pieces of newspapers and Magazines like My Example Below.
I will begin by Showing one of the most popular current Cut-Out Animation Shows. That show is South Park.
Although Technically it isn't a Cut-Out Animation anymore. In fact it was only used on the Pilot Episode, it still uses Cut-Out Techniques only it is now Created on Computer Software.
